Hillside terrace is a terrible place they over charge for lot rent and allays claim they don't get there lot rent till after the due date just so they can charge there famous late fee and send a registered letter as well to generate money they are losing from everyone leaving that place I do not recommend anyone to live there or buy none of their trailers they are overpriced junk it is a very crooked business they are in they are disgustingly sick and they basically robbed everybody that moves in there that's all I have to say about Hillside Terrace
